Let's Talk About Live Training
BoldBrows offers a two-day microblading training workshop which includes both theoretical and practical components, with students having the opportunity to work on live models. The first day of the workshop involves practicing on skin simulation, while on the second day, students work on live models. Upon completion of the live event, students gain access to the CraftMaster App, which allows them to continue practicing and honing their skills.

How long does Bold Brows training last?
BoldBrows microblading classes consist of a 2-day live training event, followed by a 6-month access to the CraftMaster App for continued practice and skill-building until the students pass all levels and receive certification.
On average, it takes between 3 to 4 months to obtain the certificate, during which students practice for about 150 hours.
Theoretical part & Practical part
BoldBrows microblading training consists of both theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, students learn various topics such as skin problems, pigments, pre- and post-treatment care, shape, symmetry, color theory and customer communication.
The practical section includes hands-on training on live models to provide students with the opportunity to experience working on real skin and develop the appropriate sense of pressure to be applied during the procedure.
Certification
After completing a two-day live training, all participants receive a certificate of attendance, and only after completing the tasks in the Craftmaster application, they receive the appropriate BoldBrows Artist certificate as well as their place on the map of Artists within the official Phi Academy website.

CraftMaster App
CraftMaster is a cutting-edge mobile application available for both Android and IOS platforms. It is designed to offer a unique and innovative way of learning the microblading technique using a specially designed classroom system.
The app provides comprehensive lectures consisting of hours of videos and pictures that cover all aspects of the microblading technique. Students can access the content anytime and anywhere, making it convenient for them to learn at their own pace.
Moreover, the CraftMaster App has the backing of the Academy’s official technicians, chemists, and doctors, who are available to address any questions or concerns that students may have. With their support, students can be assured of getting the best possible guidance and learning experience.

BoldBrows Certificates
Upon completion of the 2-day microblading training course, students gain access to the CraftMaster App, where they upload their work and progress through levels to obtain their certification. Certified students will be recognized with a BoldBrows certificate and a Phi Academy logo, and their names will be included on the PhiAcademy World Map. To maintain the certification, students will need to participate in ongoing education and periodic re-certification.
How will you make progress?
ARTIST
Artist is every person who has previously been a PhiBrows Students and successfully passed Craft Master application training.
Each Artist obtains a certificate, logo with the unique number, introduction to the PhiBrows map on the website.
If an Artist wants to advance, he/she has to practice hard, publish his/her works and follow all the changes in techniques and materials.
In order for an Artist to become a Royal artist, he/she has to have the title of an Artist for at least 6 months.
He/she can become a Royal artist after being proposed by his/her or some other Craft Master. If all the Craft Masters agree, an Artist is pronounced a Royal artist.
ROYAL ARTIST
Anyone who has been an Artist for at least 6 months, who is active on social networks and groups and whose works have been noticed by many Craft Masters can become a Royal artist.
Artist who meet the 6 month criterion and believe that their works are good enough can send 5 of their best works to our team at royalworks@phibrows.com.
Their works will be presented to Craft Masters who will decide whether this person can actually become a Royal artist.
By becoming a Royal artist, you receive a new logo, certificate (via email), place on the map with new information.
Royal artist has a chance to become a Master Assistant, by creating lessons and making video materials for the Craft Master application.
Royal artist also has the right to assist Craft Masters in their trainings if they have a lot of students.
MASTER ASISTANT
Master Assistant is an active and experienced Royal artist who assists Craft Masters in their trainings and gets paid for it in agreement with the Royal artist.
This position provides an opportunity to obtain knowledge in other educations, as well as more knowledge on how to train students according to PhiAcademy rules.
Master Assistant assists in educations as a help to students during their practical work, but he/she can also teach a part of theoretical class if the Craft Master decides he/she is capable of doing so.
He/she can access the lectures in the Craft Master application and support the students to pass the levels based on those lectures. He/she also advises students on how to advance at the Academy.
Master Assistant can become a Craft Master depending on his/her country of living and whether there is already a sufficient number of Craft Masters there if he/she gets chosen by the Academy based on predetermined criteria.
CRAFT MASTER
Craft Master’s job is to teach students according to PhiAcademy rules and the Craft Master application and guide them to pass all the levels and obtain the certificate.
Besides transferring theoretical knowledge about pigments, skin types, tools, hygiene, etc., Craft Master’s task is to teach students how to approach their clients and to motivate the students to keep working with their constant support, as well as to respond to students within 48 hours.
Craft Master is obliged to introduce novelties and lectures he/she finds necessary to the basic Craft Master and to have one video on live model recorded by the Academy’s rules.
Craft Masters appointed by Branko Babic can make their own Craft Masters.
GRAND MASTER
Craft Master who has more than 100 certified students within one year and who has been a Craft Master for more than a year can become a Grand Master.
Grand Master has to have a recognizable style accepted by others on the forum, a different technique and shape and modified basic Craft Master.
Each Craft Master can become a Grand Master if he/she creates his/her recognizable technique or significantly contributes to the development of the existing techniques. Also, each Craft Master who introduces a new technique into the Craft Master application can become a Grand Master if he/she proves that he/she has created that technique.
Grand Master has to design a new technique, but also has to have good personal qualities and help others to advance.
Grand Master is allowed to appoint his/her own Craft Masters based on the Craft Master application system, his/her Students, Royal artists, Craft Masters, etc.
